As subscription owner, you have the responsibility to share functional subscriptions and respond to your co-subscribers through the secure chat at the risk of having open complaints to your account.

You have the possibility to manage your complaints yourself under a 24H period by chatting with the relevant co-subscriber.

Go to your "shared subscriptions" space
Select the subscription on which "Open Claim ..."



Click "View details"
You will have the details of the complaint as well as the remaining time to resolve the problem.




You have the choice to challenge if you disagree or to accept the complaint if you think it is appropriate for your co-subscriber to be refunded. This choice must be justified by exchanges in the secure chat and will be evaluated by our modeling team afterwards. Each user has the right to open a complaint if their case matches one of those in this article.
