How do I contact a Sharesub user?
Steps to send a message :
Click on "My account" and go to the Chat page.
Shared subscriptions: displayed in green.
Subscriptions reached: shown in blue.
✏️ Respect & patience: Users may be unavailable for several hours, even if the message is marked as "read" or "open".
How do I know if my message has been received?
The recipient is notified by e-mail when a message is sent.
What if I don't get an answer?
If you are a co-subscriber and the owner does not respond after several hours, you can open a claim to request a refund.
Can I contact a user before joining a subscription?
🚫 No. Contact is only possible after joining the share.
🔒 Security & privacy :
Prohibition on exchanging personal data not required for sharing.
All exchanges must take place via the Sharesub platform to ensure user protection.
