How do I open a claim and apply for a refund?

At Sharesub, for any purchase you have a system of protection for co-subscribers and we assure you that your subscription will work.

Don 't buy identical subscriptions while waiting for an organizer's response: as soon as you place an order, you're committed for the current month if the subscription works well.

You can open an Claim on a subscription you have joined.

⚠️ You must have contacted the owner per chat less than 72 hours, otherwise the button to open a dispute will not be activable as in the following example:

Warning! If you do not send a message to the owner describing the problem, a message will be displayed before opening a claim!

Steps to open a complaint

After contacting the share organizer less than 72 hours ago and receiving no response, go to subscriptions reached. Select the subscription that is causing problems by clicking on the button "See details".

Select the subscription that does not work.


Join the "Management tab". You can then click on the"Claim" button.

From the subscription management tab joined, open the claim.


Choose the reason for the complaint and select "to open a dispute".

Choose the reason for the complaint before opening a dispute.


We leave 24 hours to fix the situation with the subscription owner. If the subscription does not work or does not comply you will be refunded.


If the owner resolves you before this time elapsed, you can close the claim.


How do I close a complaint as a co-subscriber?

Once the issue has been resolved with the property, return to the relevant subscription page and click "Close claim".


Note that contacting our operators via mail/chat does not do not as opening a claim!
