  • The "read" or "opened" status in the chat does not guarantee an immediate response, as the owner may be temporarily unavailable.

Communication security:

  • Never share personal information (email, phone number, etc.) unless absolutely necessary to access the subscription.

  • All communication must take place exclusively via the Sharesub platform to ensure your protection.
