At Sharesub, each buyer benefits from the Buyer Protection Program. This means that if there’s a malfunction, non-compliance, or an issue with accessing your subscription, you can open a claim.
A claim is a report to our team requesting intervention and, if applicable, a refund. The reason for the claim must be valid and match one of the conditions listed below to be accepted.
In which cases can I open a claim ?
A claim can be accepted when:
The subscription is not working: You cannot access or use the subscription.
The subscription does not match the description or model provided by the subscription manager.
It is impossible to connect or enjoy the subscription.
Connection codes/invitations were not sent by the subscription manager: The subscription manager failed to send the necessary access codes or invitations.
How can I open a claim ?

Reminder: Before opening a claim, it is mandatory to contact the subscription manager to report any issues. You must have contacted the owner via chat within the last 72 hours, otherwise, the button to open a claim will not be activated.
All refund requests must go through the claim process. Refunds cannot be processed directly by customer service.
