At Sharesub, we want buyers to be able to make their subscriptions with confidence: for any purchase, you have the protection of co-subscribers, and we guarantee you the proper functioning or the refund.


Seurisation of funds


The operation and compliance of your subscription is guaranteed: once your payment card has been verified, your money is secured in an equestrian account until the end of the current month. Your money will not be transferred to the owner until the subscription month is flown without problems.

Locked trades


You gain access to the subscription and information provided by the organizer after purchase. If this is not enough or if an invitation is necessary, you have an Secure Messaging to exchange with the owner on our platform. All exchanges on this chat allow our team to keep an history and perform a thorough control of your conversations, especially for claims.

It is strictly forbidden to exchange outside of our platform. If this applies to you, please refer to the following article.

Fast and easy repayment


You can open a complaint if you have any problems accessing your subscription. The subscription owner has 24 hours to respond to your request, and our team will proceed to the litigation process.

If your claim is accepted, your participation for the month will be reimbursed free of charge.

Do not purchase identical subscriptions while waiting for the answer of a subscription owner: you place an order you were committed for the current month if the subscription works well.


Be careful when your interlocutor asks you to pass through a third party platform to exchange. If you encounter a problem with the subscription and the exchanges did not take place on Sharesub’s chat, we will not be able to enable the buyer protection described above.
