If you are unable to access your subscription, you must contact the owner directly in the chat. It has several hours to answer you.


It is IMPLIED that all exchanges with other users for your subscription are exclusive to Sharesub. Message exchanges, payment requests, or any other subscription communication, should therefore be done via our internal mail system.


How do I contact the subscription owner? 👥

First, go to the Subscriptions page, and select the subscription for which you are experiencing a connection problem.

In the following example, the problematic subscription is the one proposed by Jean Michel.

Click the "Chat" button to start the discussion with the owner of the subscription. Write your message in the space for this purpose, and send it.

You have been waiting for a reply for several hours, and still do not have access to the share? ⏳


Then, and only if the problem persists and the subscription manager has not replied, we invite you to open a complaint.

Go to the Subscriptions page, and select the problematic subscription by clicking on"View details".

Once again, the subscription to problem is the one proposed by Jean Michel.

Navigate to the "Management" tab and press the "Claim" button.

Choose the reason for your claim, and select"Open a dispute".


And the trick is played!

The subscription owner has 24 hours to respond to your claim, and our team will proceed to the dispute modem.

If your claim is accepted, your participation for the month will be reimbursed free of charge. The valid grounds for a claim are listed in the following article.

It is strictly forbidden to exchange personal data not necessary to share subscriptions with other users.
