I just received an email informing me that the owner stops the subscription sharing. What happens next?


Subscription owners have no obligation in time : they can stop their subscription whenever they wish. But what about co-subscribers?

  • If you subscribed this month, you will receive a full refund automatically.

  • If you have subscribed to this subscription for more than a month, then you will be refunded to the pro-rata that is depending on the number of days or you will not have access to the platform.

Let's illustrate this with an example

A user has joined for 3 months an X subscription for which he pays 10 € per month. The owner stops the subscription on the 15th of the month. Sharesub then refunds it because the user was able to benefit from the subscription during the first half of the month.

The owner stopped his subscription on the platform, but not sharing it on Sharesub. What should be done?

Owners may terminate their subscription on the service without stopping their share at Sharesub. In this case, as a co-subscriber, you must open an Claim and request a refund.

There is a 24 hour delay before the complaint can be processed, but this security measure is necessary for our models to agree on the best appropriate verdict for each case.
