Access your subscription
Go to the "Joined Subscriptions" page.
Click on the subscription you want to view and select "See Details."
Find your login details
Once on your subscription page, you'll find the login details and sharing link under the Contextual Help, as well as other information left by the subscription owner.
Note: Some subscriptions require additional information, like an email address, which you'll need to share with the owner via chat.
What to do if the login details are insufficient? 🔎
If the subscription requires additional information, such as an invitation, here's what you need to do:
Check if the subscription works by invitation.
You will need to provide the email address you use to log in to the subscription (it's often a different email from the one you use on Sharesub).Contact the owner via chat:
Click the Chat button at the top right of the subscription page.
Send a message to the owner with the required information.
The owner will be notified by email and will reply soon. You can also view your past conversations with all the owners from the Chat page.Check your emails:
Make sure you're receiving our emails. Check your Promotions or Spam folder to ensure you don’t miss a response.
What to do if the link or password doesn't work? 🔑
If you're unable to access the subscription with the provided link or login details, it’s possible that:
The login details have been changed by the subscription owner.
The sharing link has expired.
Here’s what you can do:
Contact the owner via chat:
Click the Chat button at the top right of the subscription page.
Ask the owner to provide the updated login details or sharing link.If you don’t get a response quickly:

If you've waited several hours without a response from the owner and you joined your subscription more than 24 hours ago, you can open a claim and request a refund.🚨 WARNING: Contacting our operators via chat or email does not constitute opening a claim. We do not process claims through chat or email.
To open a claim, follow the steps outlined in the article: "My subscription isn’t working."
Tip: Do not order another similar subscription while waiting for the owner's response. A new order will commit you for the current month if the subscription works.
