Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple Fitness+, Apple One Family, and Apple One Premium subscriptions are available on Sharesub.
💡 They are compatible with Apple Family Sharing, allowing up to 6 people to share a single subscription through one “Family Sharing Organizer” (the owner on Sharesub), who manages payments and can request refunds for their members (co-subscribers on Sharesub) in case of unwanted purchases on any of the subscriptions (examples: buying a music album, renting a movie, or downloading a paid game).
💸 Requesting a Refund for a Co-Subscriber
Since November 2025, Apple allows Family Sharing owners to request a refund for purchases made by other members of the family group.
👉 This is great news for Sharesub users sharing one of the Apple subscriptions mentioned above. It allows mistakes or unauthorized purchases to be corrected quickly without having to go through each account individually:
the owner (called “Organizer” on Apple) retains control over spending,
co-subscribers (called “Group Members” on Apple) can get a refund for an additional purchase,
refunds are simple and fast.
⭐️ Tutorial: How to Request an Apple Refund
Follow these steps as the Family Sharing Organizer:
💳 Step 1 — Identify the Purchase to Refund
Open the Apple invoice email you received after the purchase, or go to: reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with your Apple ID.
You will see a list of all recent purchases by the group (yours and your co-subscribers’).
🧾 Step 2 — Request the Refund
Find the line that corresponds to the purchase.
Click “Request a Refund.”
Choose the reason (for example: “Purchased by mistake” or “I did not authorize this purchase”).
Submit the request.
⏳ Apple typically responds within 24 to 48 hours.
The refund is credited to the organizer’s payment method (the one used for the subscription).

To avoid unwanted purchases:
✅ Enable “Ask to Buy” in the Family Sharing settings.
🚫 Remind your co-subscribers not to make in-app purchases without prior approval.
