To receive your transfer, please check these conditions carefully:

  • Your identity(see article) has been validated from your account,

  • Your RIB has been added,

  • You accumulated the sum of €10 last month to trigger the transfer.


Transfers are automatically initiated on the next 9 of month. They arrive under 3 at 5 working days depending on your bank.


If you have met these conditions but you don't see the transfer in your wallet history, contact us via chat.
