Sharesub is an institution with an ACPR payment agency. Thus, we owe ourselves to comply with banking obligations. This law applies to all companies operating payments on behalf of third parties. In particular, documents are requested beyond a certain income threshold, and sometimes from the opening of the account.Providing accurate bank details along with identity verification safeguards transactions and fulfills platform security standards. Completing only one of these steps is insufficient to ensure smooth and reliable payouts.
Delays in verifying your identity directly affect your payment schedules and wallet payouts.
This typically includes uploading documents such as government-issued IDs, utility bills, or bank documents dated within the last 6 months, which help substantiate your identity and residency.
How do I verify the identity of my account and receive funds?
Sharesub invites you to complete all sections of the page Identity & Checkfrom your account.

Fill in all the fields and click on "Save".
Then go to the "Identity verification" tab to confirm your identity.

You will then be redirected to our Stripe banking partner page. Click on the pen to complete your personal information.

Click on heading “Upload ID verification document” and submit the requested document.
Acceptable documents include government-issued IDs (e.g., passport, driver's license), utility bills, and bank statements that are no older than six months.
Once the document is loaded, click on "Send".
Finish the verification by clicking the "Accept and Send button.
How do I add my IBAN?
Go to the Connected bank account page and enter the IBAN of the account to which you wish to receive the funds. Additionally, double-check that your IBAN is not modified (e.g., from digital banks where the currency type has been altered) to ensure compatibility with the recipient bank.Failure to use an IBAN compatible with the platform may result in errors or unsuccessful fund transfers, highlighting the importance of validating currency compatibility during setup.
This account must be in the same currency as your subscriptions (Euros account for Euros subscriptions). To avoid transfer failures, ensure that the IBAN provided also matches the currency of your earnings. For instance, use a GBP-compatible IBAN for GBP earnings or a Bulgarian Lev-compatible IBAN for applicable currencies.
And the trick is played! Validation can take up to 24 hours. Then you can log in to your account to make sure everything is in order.
Processing payments typically takes 3-5 business days after successful identity verification. They are issued on the 9th of every month. Ensure your earnings meet the required threshold for disbursement, usually €10.Additionally, both verified identity and accurate bank details are required to initiate timely and secure payouts, as meeting only one prerequisite may cause delays. If payment does not appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days after it has been issued, consider contacting your bank to investigate potential delays.

Incompatible IBANs: Certain banking partners may restrict transfers based on the origin or type of IBAN. For example, transfers may not function if you use an IBAN issued by specific financial institutions (e.g., Revolut with modified currencies).
Currency Mismatch: To process earnings transfers in the correct currency, the IBAN provided must match the currency of your earnings:
Use a GBP-compatible IBAN for earnings in GBP.
Use a Bulgarian Lev-compatible IBAN for earnings in that currency. Ensure that your payment method complies with these compatibility rules to avoid transfer failures.
Timing Expectations for Transfer Receipt
