Why am I asked to verify my identity?
Sharesub is an institution with an ACPR payment agency. Thus, we owe ourselves to comply with banking obligations. This law applies to all companies operating payments on behalf of third parties. In particular, documents are requested beyond a certain income threshold, and sometimes from the opening of the account.
How do I verify the identity of my account and receive funds?
Sharesub invites you to complete all sections of the page Identity & Checkfrom your account.

Fill in all the fields and click on "Save".
Then go to the "Identity verification" tab to confirm your identity.

You will then be redirected to our Stripe banking partner page. Click on the pen to complete your personal information.

Click on heading “Upload ID verification document” and submit the requested document.
Once the document is loaded, click on "Send".
Finish the verification by clicking the "Accept and Send button.
How do I add my IBAN?
Go to the Connected bank account page and enter the IBAN of the account to which you wish to receive the funds.
This account must be in the same currency as your subscriptions (Euros account for Euros subscriptions).
And the trick is played! Validation can take up to 24 hours. Then you can log in to your account to make sure everything is in order.
How do I know if your account has been verified?
From page Identified & Verification, click on the tab "Identity verification". Part Check should show in green:
Account status: Verified
Transfers: Account added
