How do I validate my phone number? 📞

All the steps you need to follow to validate your phone number and share your subscriptions on Sharesub.

To share your subscriptions on Sharesub, you need to verify your Sharesub account. To do this, you must validate your e-mail address and telephone number 📲.

Once you have completed your registration, click on "Validation"at the top of the page in your account.

Alternatively, you can validate your number from the Identity and Verification section.


An SMS confirmation code is sent automatically. Once received, enter the code in the corresponding field on the Sharesub page:

Once you've entered and confirmed the code, your phone number is validated!


Make sure that the ownership of your e-mail address is also validated. To do this, we have a tutorial right here.

If, despite this, you are still unable to validate your mobile number, and it is indeed a European number, please contact our Customer Service for further assistance.Steps to troubleshoot verification issues:1. Verify that the country selected in your account settings matches your phone number's country of origin.2. Confirm that you're using a European phone number, as Sharesub services are currently only available in Europe.3. Avoid using inaccurate information, as this may violate Sharesub's terms of service.4. After updating your settings, try the verification process again.If you continue experiencing issues after following these steps, please contact our Customer Service for further assistance.If, despite this, you are still unable to validate your mobile number, this could be due to:<ul><li>A mismatch between your phone number and the country selected during account setup. For example, if you're using a Spanish phone number, your country in account settings must also be Spain.</li><li>Sharesub services are currently limited to Europe only due to restrictions set by their banking partners.</li></ul>
