When you share a subscription on the platform, it is systematically checked by our system and/or our moderation teams.

Your subscription may be noted in your personal space as"subscription to be corrected" or"invalid identifiers".

Reasons for "correct" status for a subscription

  • Invalid credentials : Login information does not work or give access to the service (including invite links expired),

  • Payment Problem : Subscription is unpaid or requires payment resettlement (includes trial subscriptions),

  • Bad pattern indicated : The subscription shared on Sharesub does not match the subscription plan,

  • Identity to confirm : The proposed subscription payer is not the owner of Sharesub's account,

  • Location : The actual origin of the subscription sharing differs from that indicated on Sharesub,

  • Claims : Subscription has been criticised by other users

  • Sharesub A failure to comply with Sharesub : Failure to comply with Sharesub policies and policies may result in your subscription being blocked.

Subscriptions may change status to"to be corrected" when they require an e-mail invitation or the addition of a subscriber to your subscription.

If you receive an email for a subscription described above, please contact us to remove the blocking once the changes have been made. Our teams will then proceed to a subscription update.

Subscriptions are automatically verifiedbut this may take several hours. You will receive an email once the verification has been completed.

Don't hesitate to contact us for any help but note that we will not validate subscriptions that do not comply with pattern.
