Every month, unless you do otherwise, renewals of your current subscriptions are performed automatically on Sharesub. We deduct the amount of your subscription(s) at the beginning of the month.

I joined the subscription or paid less than a month ago

If you joined a group in the previous month, your payment was made at pro-rata only, and you only pay for the days of use of the first month.

Your subscription works according to a specific monthly cycle. No matter which day you subscribe in a given month, your access starts on the day or you join subscription. Systematically renews 1st day of the following month, and not 30 days after the date you joined the subscription. So your second month begins on the 1st of the following month.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMLE

If you subscribe on April 1, 2024, your month ends on April 30, 2024, representing a full month's subscription.

If you subscribe on April 28, 2024, your access starts on April 28th and your subscription is renewed on May 1st, 2024. Your second month begins on May 1, 2024 and not May 28, 2024.

If you do not want to be available the following month, you must leave plan before on the last day of the month — any month was started.

Is it possible to remove/change the current date?

No, unfortunately this is not possible at this time. The platform uses fixed dates to guarantee timely payments to the organizers of shares, who have to pay the subscriptions to the platforms.

My payment card is lost, opposed, or being renewed

If you don't have a card available and operational, we advise you to use another one or to ask one of your relatives to register their card on your account as an exception to avoid losing your access.

This also avoids disturbances in groups, which can be geoning, especially for subscriptions limiting group changes (Spotify, Nintendo, Youtube...). Once you have received your new card, link it to your account and remove the temporary one.

Most common payment errors

  • Payment card expired : Please add a new card from your account. (To do this please follow the steps listed here)

  • Payment limit reached or lack of funds : You can usually increase your payment limit from your banking app.

  • A request from the bank to re-authenticate your card in 3D Secure : In this case, you received an email with a link to validate it.

A payment of 1€ was requested to add a new card

Adding a new card requires a test payment of 1€, which will not be returned to you. This payment is automatically cancelled and refunded after a few days.
