Your subscription works on a specific monthly cycle. No matter the day you subscribe in a given month, your access begins on the day or join subscription, and systematically renews on day 1 of the following month.
Your subscription does not renew on the date you joined the subscription.
Let's illustrate this with an example
If you subscribe on April 1, 2023, your month ends on April 30, 2023, representing a month of subscription.
If you subscribe on 28 April 2023, your access starts on 28 April and your subscription is renewed on 1 May 2023, your second month begins on May 1st, not May 28th.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, and you can do so at any time, we recommend that you stop your subscription on the last day of the current month.
