How do I change the plan of my shared subscription?

Would you like to modify your shared subscription (for example, switch from "Netflix Premium" to "Netflix Standard")?

✅ Conditions to meet

Before changing your plan, here are the rules to know:

  • You can change your plan once every 3 months (90 days).

  • It is not possible to change during the last 7 days of the month.

  • The change can only be made to another public plan offered by the same brand (e.g. Netflix, Spotify…).


🛠 How to proceed:

  1. Go to the “Management” section of your subscription.

  2. Click on “Change my pricing plan”.

  3. Select the new plan you want.

  4. Enter the number of seats you wish to share.

  5. Confirm the change.

🗓 The new price will apply from the following month.


⚠️ Important if reducing the number of seats

If you choose a plan with fewer seats than you currently have:

  • Excess co-subscribers will be automatically removed at the next renewal.

  • The most recent ones will be removed first.

  • These users will receive an email informing them of the removal.


📬 Your co-subscribers are notified

Once the change is requested:

  • Each co-subscriber will receive a personalized email informing them of the plan change and the new price.

  • They may leave the subscription if they do not wish to continue.


🤓 Example

You have a “Netflix Premium” subscription with 4 seats.

You switch to “Netflix Standard” with 2 seats.

⇒ If you still have 4 co-subscribers at the end of the month, the 2 most recently added will be automatically removed.
