My subscription has ended but the charges continue 😰

Why a subscription may still be charged and in which cases a refund is possible on Sharesub.

There are two possible scenarios :

🔹 1. The subscription is functioning normally

Even if you no longer use it, the monthly renewal continues because you remain a member of the group.

On Sharesub, any month started is fully due, and the charge is made automatically on the 1st of the month.

📌 To avoid being charged for the next month, you must leave the subscription before the last day of the current month.

➡️ No refund can be granted in this case.


🔹 2. The subscription is not functioning

If you no longer have access to the service or the sharing is no longer working, you can file a claim from your account.

This alerts customer service, who will review your request.

📍 If the claim is justified and legitimate, a refund will be issued according to the following rules:

  • If you joined less than a month ago: full refund.

  • If you joined more than a month ago: pro-rata refund for unused days.
