You have joined a functional subscription, but you suspect that the subscription is a robbed or fraudulent account?



We invite you to inform the customer service by chat as soon as possible. Think about making photos or screenshots to support your words. The reports will then be studied by our Sharesub control team that will intervene if necessary.

As part of our efforts to ensure that our users have proper functioning and compliance with subscriptions on Sharesub, We are constantly looking for any type of unusual activity on our platform. For any problems encountered with access to the platforms, we invite you to open a complaint from your Sharesub account. We do not process refund requests via mail/chat, and contact us via these channels does not serve as a claim open! Our team will investigate the problem and can proceed to the refund if necessary.
