If your account was blocked, it is to protect other users of the platform.

In which cases can my account be blocked?

Your account may be blocked if you provided a false identity or an false name. You cannot receive your transfers without genuine identification.

Additionally, if you have late or unhonored payments, and you owe money to other users, your account may also be blocked. This checklist occurs when you do not respond to email and SMS reminders about failed payments. In this situation, you have withdrawn from your subscriptions and your blocked account.

How do I unblock my account?

If you did not receive reminders emails, we encourage you to check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder and mark our emails as "Not spam/promotion", or mark them as "important" in order to ensure receipt of our future emails.

To settle pending sums, you need to log in to your account and access the "Payment Card" page. Add a valid card with sufficient funds each month.

If you have only one card and you have already added it, you will need to re-add it to re-run payments manually, given that our automatic payment attempts failed. Once the card is added, please contact us or reply to our account block notification email by indicating that you have already added the payment card and that you want to unblock your account.

And my current subscriptions?

If you have been removed from your current subscriptions, but your seat is still available at the time you contact us and your payments are functional, you will be added to the subscriptions. However, it will be up to you to contact the organizer of the subscription to inform him that you have regulated your situation.

Avoid spelling

Account Blocks are a waste of time for you, our support and organizers. To avoid this, make sure that the payment card you use on Sharesub is sufficiently powered.

Also avoid prepaid cards such as Revolut, Lydia, or others, which may have insufficient amounts. Although they are adapted to online purchases, they are not suitable for monthly subscriptions. If your account is blocked more than once, our customer service team reserves the right to refuse unlocking.
