Priority re-subscription

If your subscription ends following a complaint accepted by our moderation team, or because the owner has terminated the subscription, you can benefit from priority re-subscription to an identical subscription, at the same price conditions, as soon as a space becomes available.

You'll then be given priority access to a new group at the same rate, which limits access interruptions and saves you the hassle of searching and manually re-subscribing, as long as the priority re-subscription option is activated on your subscription.

Why wasn't I transferred?

In some cases, the automatic transfer cannot take place. The main possible reasons are .

No equivalent subscription was available at the time of transfer (no identical group with a free place).

An equivalent subscription exists, but cannot be reached (group full or being checked).

The "Priority Resubscription" option has been deactivated on your subscription or unchecked when you made your claim.

Your payment has been refused: in this case, you receive a payment failure email and the automatic transfer cannot be completed.

I don't want to be transferred automatically

If you prefer to manage your future subscriptions yourself :

Deactivate the "Priority resubscription" option in the Manage your subscription section.

When opening a claim, remember also to uncheck the "Priority resubscription" box if you do not wish to be automatically resubscribed.

I've received a failure email

If you receive an e-mail indicating a payment failure, this means that the automatic transfer to a new subscription could not be finalized.

To continue enjoying the service, simply follow the link in the email and manually join a new subscription, possibly after updating your payment method.
