In case you forget your Sharesub's password, you can easily reset it by following the following steps:
On Login Pageclick on “Forbidden password”:
Enter your email address and click on “Send reinitialization link"

You will receive an email in the receiving box of the address provided with a one-time link. Click on this link to set a new password.
Remember to choose a unique password with a capital letter and a special character!
I followed the password reinitialization steps, but I did not revert anything...
There are several possibilities explaining this:
You created an account from another email address
The mail fell into yourIndexables/Spams
You joined our platform via the option "Login with Google/Facebook"
