When you sign up for a subscription, you are accessing the private page of the subscription: it contains a secure and encrypted storage that contains the credentials, password, or the invitation link required to join a subscription.

To do so, go to your account here in the section Joined



You must have access to login information in this section (which contains credentials, password, or invite link required to join a subscription).

It is strongly advised to indicate these codes, see mandatory in some cases.


If for a reason that is its own, the owner could not put the access information directly into this page, you can contact him by chat. We have already notified it during your subscription, and it has 24 hours to forward it to you. It may be useful to provide more information to save time. If you already know that your email has to be added to the subscription, you can for example forward it to it.



However, we invite you to make all exchanges with the owner via secure chat, so that our after-sales service can intervene if necessary.
