Subscription is functional
Inaccurate or incomplete of the problem encountered
You do not have eligible to open a claim if you have joined multiple functional IDENTIQUES : you place an order, you were committed for the current month if the subscription works.
In order for your claim to be taken into account, you must have:

Contacted the owner of the subscription describing the issue less than 3 days ago
In case of absence of response after several hours, you can start the complaint procedure. We examine all complaints carefully once the time has passed to solve you as best as possible.
Claim processing time is 24 hours. You will receive an e-mail once the final decision has been taken by our moderators.
If your exchange with the owner is not sufficient to justify your complaint, contact our teams by clicking on the bubble on the bottom right and explain in detail the problem encountered, including screenshots if necessary.
