Why are I asked for documents?

Sharesub is a platform for sharing subscriptions between individuals.


We are an institution that has been registered to a payment organization that has been approved by the ACPR so we have to meet bank obligations. This is an equal requirement for all companies operating payments on behalf of third parties. Identity documents and related user identities are specifically requested beyond a certain income threshold, and sometimes the opening of the account.


Our services can therefore require you to send proof of your identity and subscriptions.


What parts to provide?


To simplify the process, we invite you to send us the following documents:

  • Identity Piece being validated (National Identity Card, Passport...)

  • Invoice of subscription to name and first name of the owner of subscription AND

  • proof of payment on bank statement

  • Valid proof of address less than 3 months

These items can be sent directly in response to requests made to you via the chat.
