I’m not receiving important Sharesub emails 📩

If you’re no longer receiving important emails from Sharesub such as password reset links or subscription alerts, there are several possible causes.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

1. You clicked “Unsubscribe” in one of our emails 🚫

Our marketing or account notification emails may have been disabled, intentionally or by mistake.

💡 How to fix it ?
You can resubscribe to our emails here :

2. Our emails are being blocked ⛔️

Mail services (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) might classify our emails as spam or move them to secondary tabs such as “Promotions” or “Other.” This is one of the most common causes.

💡 How to fix it?

  • Mark as “Not spam” / “Not junk”.

  • Add [email protected] & [email protected] to your contacts.

  • Create a filter/rule: From contains @sharesub.com → Move to Inbox.

  • Check your “Promotions”, “Notifications”, or “Other” tabs.
👉 For non-Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo accounts, search for a tutorial suited to your provider.

3. Your mailbox is full or saturated ❌

If your inbox reaches its storage limit, new emails are rejected (this is called a “soft bounce”).

💡 How to fix it?

  • Delete or archive old large messages (attachments, photos…).

  • Empty your “Trash” / “Deleted Items” and “Spam” folders.

  • Wait a few minutes after cleaning — Sharesub emails will resume automatically.

4. Your email provider blocks our domain 🔒

Some providers automatically block domains they consider “unsafe.”

💡 How to fix it?

  • Add @sharesub.com to your safe senders/whitelist.

  • Check Blocked senders in your settings — remove sharesub.com if listed.

  • Try sending an email to [email protected] — if it bounces back, contact your email provider.

5. You’re using a filtered work or university address 🧑‍💻

Addresses ending in “@company.com” or “@university.fr” often apply strict anti-spam rules. Automated emails from Sharesub may be rejected or redirected.

💡 How to fix it?

  • Add @sharesub.com to your organization’s whitelist.

  • Ask your IT department to authorize our domain.

  • Or change your contact email in Sharesub:
Profile → Information → Email address → Edit

  • Use a personal email (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

⭐️ In summary The 3 key steps:

  1. Add [email protected] & [email protected] to your contacts.

  2. Mark our emails as “Not spam.”

  3. Create a filter/rule to always receive Sharesub messages in your main inbox.
