What payment methods are available?

We currently accept payment by cards from all over the world:

  • Visa,

  • Mastercard,

  • American Express,

  • Discover,

  • Diners Club,

  • JCB,

  • China UnionPay

➡️ Payment solutions via Apple Pay and Google Pay (Android Pay) are also accepted when purchasing on our site from your mobile or on a computer using a browser where your payment method is registered (e.g., Safari for Apple Pay and Chrome for Google Pay). You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We do not yet support digital wallets such as PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna, Bancontact, PostePay, Payconiq, Paylib, and paydirekt, nor prepaid or temporary bank cards like Revolut, Wise, Payoneer, Nickel, and Sogexia, but we are constantly working to expand our payment options.

Our goal is to make transactions more accessible and convenient for our users by regularly adding new payment methods.

💡 For suggestions, you can submit a request via our form here.

Can we pay to join a subscription with the money available in the wallet?

No. Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.

The wallet money is transferred to the bank account whose IBAN was filled in from the"connected bank accountpageevery month once the threshold of 10€ reached unless you have ticked the 'Receive my transfers even if the amount is below the free transfer threshold' option (in your account under 'Preferences' > 'Transfer preferences') for more info, see article dated. So your wallet money cannot be used to pay for a subscription.

In order to join a subscription on our site, you must use a valid credit card and belong to you. To change your payment method, please refer to article set.
