What payment methods are available?
Currently, we only accept payments via Credit Card, Visa and Mastercard.
Although we do not yet support digital wallets such as PayPal, or online payment solutions (Apple Pay, Google Pay. .), we are constantly working to expand our payment options.
Our goal is to make transactions more accessible and convenient for our users by adding new and regular payment methods.
Can we pay to join a subscription with the money available in the wallet?
No. Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.
The wallet money is transferred to the bank account whose IBAN was filled in from the "connected bank accountpage every month once the threshold of 10€ reached (for more info, see article dated). So your wallet money cannot be used to pay for a subscription.
In order to join a subscription on our site, you must use a valid credit card and belong to you. To change your payment method, please refer to article set.
