How do I manage my credit cards/payment methods? 💳

How do I add, modify and remove/delete a credit card associated with my Sharesub account?

⚠️ You need at least one valid card if you have an ongoing subscription.

When you join a subscription, a credit card is required. You can add and edit a credit card at any time here.

⚠️ The addition of a card is validated by a payment request of 1€ to your bank facility (preauthorization). This amount is systematically refunded to you a few days (3 at 8 business days) after adding the card.


ADD BANK CARD

To add a card, enter your credit card number, month and expiration year. Then enter your CVC and postal code. Finally, click "Add card".

The turn is played!


EDIT BANK CARD

In the same way as for adding a card, you can change the bank card used to pay for your subscriptions here.

Once your new bank card has been added, you can choose the one you wish to use for each subscription. To do this, select the subscription concerned and click the button "Default for". Then click on "Set Cardas below.

Here the 2nd Added Card will be used for the Nintendo Dummy subscription

REMOVE BANK CARD

You can see the cards registered in your account by clicking here. Select the card of your choice and click the "Removebutton to remove it from your account.
