How does Google One/YouTube Premium sharing work?
Google One and YouTube Premium use the Google Family Group system. Access is granted through an email invitation: the owner adds you by sending an invitation to the email address linked to your Google account. There is no link to copy and paste.
๐ The email address you need to provide is your Google account email โ not necessarily your Sharesub email.
How do you join a Google Family Group?
From the subscription page on Sharesub, send your Google email address to the owner via the ๐ฌ chat.
The owner sends you an invitation from their Google account.
You'll receive an email from Google (check your Promotions and Spam folders). Click "Accept invitation".
Once accepted, YouTube Premium or Google One is activated on your Google account immediately.
Common issues
You didn't receive the invitation
Check your Promotions and Spam folders. If the invitation isn't there, ask the owner to send it again through the chat. Make sure you've shared the correct Google email address.
The group is full Google Family
Group is limited to 6 members (including the owner). If all spots are taken, let the owner know through the chat.
The invitation has expired
Google invitations have a limited validity period. If it has expired, ask the owner to send a new one.
YouTube Premium doesn't activate after accepting
Sign out of YouTube and sign back in. If Premium still doesn't appear, make sure you're signed in with the same Google account that received the invitation.

12-month YouTube Premium restriction
If you've previously been a member of a YouTube Premium Family Group, Google may require you to wait 12 months before joining a new group. This restriction applies even if you've left your previous group.
Home address verification (Google One)
Google One requires all Family Group members to share the same home address. If your address doesn't match the owner's, Google may reject the invitation or disable your access.
Only one Family Group at a time
You can only belong to one Google Family Group at a time. If you're already a member of another group, leave it before accepting a new invitation.
If you're blocked by one of these restrictions and can't access the service, you can open a claim from View details > Management > Report a problem.
Owners: How do you share your Google One/YouTube Premium subscription?
Ask your co-subscriber for their Google email address through the ๐ฌ Sharesub chat.
From Google One (or YouTube settings), open Family Group management and send an invitation to that email address.
The co-subscriber receives the invitation by email and must accept it to activate access.
To remove a member, go to your Google Family Group settings and remove the relevant person.
