The amount of my payment seems abnormal to me

If the amount of your payment seems lower than expected when you share your subscription, or if it is different from what you had imagined, you should take the following into account:

Revenue discrepancies can arise from multiple factors beyond prorated billing, including seat configuration and platform pricing alignment.

  • Co-subscriber payments are prorated for the initial month or week, depending on the subscription start date. For instance, a co-subscriber joining a €10-a-month subscription halfway through the month will only pay €5 for their first month. Full payments begin in the second month. - Revenue discrepancies can also occur if the configured number of available seats in your subscription is lower than intended. Ensure accurate seat configuration to avoid unexpected reductions in revenue. - Adjustments to revenue may also happen due to alignment with updated pricing policies of the subscription platform.

The price you paid for the current month at the time of purchase is always clearly indicated on the payment page, along with the price of renewing your subscription for all subsequent months. The amounts shown are inclusive of all charges.

If this still doesn't make sense to you, don't hesitate to ask for an explanation in the chat room.
