1. What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal is a legal guarantee allowing the consumer to renounce his purchase or commitment, without having to justify himself, within 14 calendar days from the date of the order or the execution of the service.
2. Does the right of withdrawal apply to Sharesub?
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, notably for :
Services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period:
At Sharesub, all services are executed immediately after your order, in order to offer you an optimal and instantaneous experience. Therefore, you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal at the time of order validation.
3. Why does the right of withdrawal not apply to Sharesub services?
Sharesub offers services that require immediate activation to meet your needs without delay. By initiating the execution of the service as soon as the order is placed, the service is considered to be “fully executed”. This corresponds to the legal provisions of the French Consumer Code, which exclude the right of withdrawal in this type of situation.
4. Can I request a refund?
Although the right of withdrawal does not apply, if you encounter a problem or are not satisfied with your experience, we invite you to contact our customer service department. We will assess your situation and seek a suitable solution.
As we are aware of the possibility of mishandling your order, we have set a one-hour cooling-off period, so you can send us your request within one hour of placing your order, directly in response to the confirmation e-mail.
5. Where can I get more information?
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to consult our General Terms and Conditions of Use, available in the footer of our website. We will be happy to assist you.
We hope this FAQ clarifies the right of withdrawal on Sharesub. Thank you for your trust in Sharesub!
