When Sharesub issues a refund for one of your subscriptions, it can take two different forms:
New Opedition appeared : It corresponds to refund/credited on your bank account of the amount written by email.
Charge reversal: There is no transaction on your bank statement, and the initial payment authorization disappears after a few days. There is no payment, no refund; the transaction is as if it had never occurred.
The case for your refund varies from depending on your bank. For the second case, most banks "disappeared" the first bit or display it as a bar on your bank application or account statement.
