How do I subscribe? Where can I find my login details?

Find out how to access your Sharesub connection info and what to do if you have a problem!

You've just joined a sharing scheme and would naturally like to benefit from it! 😊

How are login details transmitted?

  • Go to the Subscriptions page.

  • Access the newly joined subscription page by clicking on "View details" for the service of your choice.

  • Below the context-sensitive Help, you'll find the Login/share link and additional information left by the owner (see images below).

Please note: Some subscriptions require additional information - usually an e-mail address - which you must provide to the owner.


What to do if the information provided is insufficient? 🔎


Sometimes, the subscription works by invitation; you must provide the owner with the email address you use to connect to the shared subscription (and not the one used on Sharesub if you use another email address).



In order to share the necessary information with the owner, you must contact him/her.

To do this, click on the Chat button in the top right-hand corner of the subscription page, and write him a short message. He will be notified of your request by e-mail and will get back to you shortly.


Alternatively, you can contact him directly from the Chat page, where you can view your conversations with all the owners of the various subscriptions you've joined.


Make sure you're receiving our emails (promotions or spam tab in your inbox), so you don't have to wait in vain for a reply.


What should I do if the link or password I provided doesn't work? 🔑


If the password or sharing link does not work, the login details have been changed by the subscription manager or the sharing link has expired.

Click on the Chat button at the top right of the subscription page, and ask them to provide you with the updated credentials, or alternatively to provide you with the updated sharing link.

If the owner doesn't reply immediately, don't worry; we give them several hours to get back to you.


What should I do if I don't get an answer from the owner after waiting several hours? 🕒


After several hours without a response, and if you joined your subscription more than 24 hours ago, you can open a claim and request a refund.

🚨 ATTENTION 🚨 Contacting our operators does not constitute the opening of a claim, and we do not process claims via chat/mail! All the steps to follow to open a claim are detailed in the article: My subscription isn't working.

Don't buy identical subscriptions while waiting for an organizer's response: as soon as you place an order, you're committed for the current month if the subscription is working properly.
