Steps to exit a subscription
You have the possibility to cancel your subscription at any time 24 hours after joining a share. From your account, go to "Joined Plans" ".
Then, select the subscription you wish to cancel by clicking on "View details".
Then join the tab "Management" and fill the field with "Exit".
Select the reason for your departure and click "Stop subscription".

Do I keep my access if I give up a monthly subscription?
No. Once you leave a subscription, you give up the service and lose your access right away.
Renewals take place monthly, from the first to the last day of the month. Every month you enter is due, so we advise you to leave your subscription at the end of months!
If you encounter an issue with the subscription and could not perform the service, you need to open Claim to get a refund.
