There are two possible examples: the subscription is functional or not!
If the subscription is functional, you will not be reimbursed, as each month started is due in full. You have until the last day of each month to cancel next month’s subscription. If you do not leave the share until the last day of the month, it will be renewed automatically.
However, if the plan does not work, the refund will be triggered if and only if you open an claim, which will notify Sharesub customer service of the problem.
Complaints are studied by our modeling teams and are accepted if justified and appropriate.
If your subscription started less than a month ago, you will be refunded in total�. If it is more than a month, you will be refunded pro-rated for the period of non-use of the subscription.
