Why don't I see my refund in my bank account?

Sharesub Refund: Will the credit appear on your statement, or will the charge be reversed? Here's what to expect depending on your bank.

When Sharesub issues a refund, two situations may occur:

  1. New credit transaction:
You’ll see a new credit entry on your bank statement for the refund amount (as indicated in the email).

  2. Debit reversal:
No new transaction appears. The initial payment authorization is reversed after a few days. The transaction disappears or appears as a voided entry on your statement.

How long does it take? Sharesub sends the refund as soon as it is approved. It will then appear on your statement within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your bank. In the case of a debit cancellation, there is no credit to expect: the initial payment authorization is simply removed. If you haven’t seen anything after 8 business days, contact us via chat: we can provide you with the bank reference number for the refund to give to your bank.

🔔 Note: Processing times vary by bank. For cancellations, the transaction is considered void.
