📌 More and more streaming platforms are introducing what’s known as household restrictions. This means that certain services block access to their content on devices like TVs if you're not connected from the main household declared by the subscription owner.
In practice, some co-subscribers may not be able to watch the platform on their TV, even if they correctly joined the subscription through our service.
🚫📺 — What does this mean?
When you see the 🚫📺 emojis on an offer or in your user space, it means that co-subscribers will not be able to access the platform via a TV (Smart TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, etc.).
This mainly concerns platforms that have tightened their account-sharing policies, such as Netflix or Disney+, which limit access based on the main household.
🔒 This restriction is enforced by the platform itself, and we cannot bypass it.
However, we do offer a special option that allows you to bypass Netflix's household restriction, available via the following link:
✅📺 — What does this mean?
The ✅📺 emoji indicates the opposite: it means that the platform is only accessible via a TV, or works optimally only on a television device.
This is the case, for example, with certain Amazon Prime Video offers, which only provide a stream via TV.
This emoji is shown for the sake of transparency, so that you're fully informed before joining an offer, and to ensure a smooth and functional user experience.
❗ No complaints accepted
⚠️ No complaint will be opened or accepted by our moderation team if you joined an offer that displays one of these emojis, and your complaint relates to one of the situations described above.
These labels are here to help guide you in choosing the right shared subscription. By joining an offer with the 🚫📺 or ✅📺 symbol, you accept the associated viewing conditions.
