How do I remove a co-subscriber?

  1. Open your “Dashboard”

  2. Go to “Shared subscriptions”

  3. Select the relevant subscription, then open the “Management” tab

  4. Choose the co-subscriber to remove, click “Remove,” confirm your choice, state the reason, then validate — this action is irreversible.

Immediate effects of removal

  • Instant removal of the co-subscriber’s access to the shared subscription on Sharesub

  • Automatic full refund of the current month

  • An automatic email is sent to the co-subscriber to inform them of the end of the share, the effective date, and the refund

    ✨ You don’t have to do anything: everything is handled automatically.

🛡️ Special cases

The subscription still has available slots:

Removal isn’t possible as long as your share shows available slots.

✅ Best practices

  • Notify the co-subscriber via the dedicated chat before removing them when possible, to avoid surprises and dissatisfaction (otherwise this can negatively impact your trust index 🏅).

  • Make sure there are no open slots on this subscription.
