To delete your payment information, follow these steps:
Join page Payment Card from your account.
Select the payment method you wish to remove and click on "Delete".
To check if your payment card has been successfully removed, the following message should be displayed on this page:
Deleting your card may take several days to complete.
I can't withdraw my card, I can't understand...
Before contacting us on this topic, make sure that:
You have no active subscriptions(shared AND joined)
There are no scheduled payments on your payment card at the end of the month
You don't have any old payment due to date
Cards can only be deleted on request one month after purchase of the subscription for security measures!
If you meet all these conditions, you can delete your payment method directly from your account.
