Why is my subscription marked "to be corrected"?

When you share a subscription on the platform, it is systematically checked and validated by our system and/or our moderation teams.

In some cases, your subscription may be marked in your Sharesub space as "subscription to be corrected" or "invalid login".

This is due to one of the following reasons:

the login details do not or no longer allow access to the proposed subscription service,
the proposed subscription has not been paid for or requires regularisation of payment (this applies to trial subscriptions for which no payment has yet been made),
the shared subscription offer does not correspond to the subscription offer,
the payer of the subscription offered is not the same as the owner of the Sharesub account,
the actual location of the subscription is not the same as that shown on Sharesub,
the subscription has been the subject of legitimate claims by other users,

If this is the case, we invite you to correct the subscription or the identifiers to allow users who wish to join your subscription to benefit from the service in the best conditions, and to ensure that your description of the subscription corresponds to reality.

Once your username and password have been modified or your subscription has been corrected, our moderation team will check that they are correct and will validate your subscription, which will be visible to other Sharesub users.

Remember to update your login details regularly to avoid this.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you need help, but please note that we will not validate subscriptions that do not comply with the moderation rules.
