What are the reasons why a complaint may be refused?
For any problems encountered with access to the platforms, we invite you to open a claim.
For your complaint to be validated, there are a few prerequisites:

- If you do not receive a response from the owner within 24 hours, you can start the complaint procedure,

To open a complaint here are the steps:
- Go to the description page of the subscription

Go to the "management" category

Click on "claim & refund" !
