Sharesub wants to protect its users as much as possible — both owners and co-subscribers equally.

For co-subscribers, Sharesub has implemented the buyer's protection. If the owner does not answer within a few hours, the co-subscriber can file a claim for a refund of their current month's subscription and find another subscription in the meantime. We recommend subscriptions with << immediate access >> and << verified identity >> badges to limit the waiting time.

Sharesub asks all its users to follow the Sharesub community guidelines and to remain courteous and respectful at all times as users could be unavailable to reply immediately, despite the chat showing a "read" or "opened" status.

We also remind you that we strictly forbid the sharing of personal information with other users unless it is required to access the subscription (personal email, phone, ...), and that all exchanges between owners and co-owners must be carried from our platform.
