The owner has stopped the subscription
I have just received an email informing me that the owner has stopped the subscription sharing, what's next?
Subscription owners have no obligation in time, they can stop their subscription whenever they want, but what about co-subscribers?
If you subscribed this month, you will receive a full refund automatically.
If you have been a subscriber for more than one month, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, i.e. you will be refunded according to the number of days you will not have access to the platform.
For example, I have been subscribed for 3 months to a Y subscription that costs me 10€/month, the owner stops the subscription on the 15th of the month, Sharesub refunds me 5€ because the first half of the month was accessible.
