The owner does not answer my messages
I have contacted the owner but I am losing patience
Sharesub wants to protect its users as much as possible, both owners and co-subscribers. For co-subscribers, Sharesub has implemented buyer protection. If the owner does not respond within 24 hours, the co-subscriber can file a claim for a full refund of their current month's subscription and find another subscription. We recommend subscriptions with << immediate access >> and << verified identity >> badges to limit the waiting time.
Sharesub asks all its users to respect the Sharesub policy and to be courteous to all other users. We also remind that it is not allowed to transmit personal contact information by chat if it is not necessary for the connection of the platform (personal email, phone,...)
