Renew my subscription

I joined or paid less than a month ago

On Sharesub, payment is made from the beginning to the end of the month. If you joined a group during the previous month, your payment was made on a pro-rata basis only, and you only paid for the days you used last month.

Can I change my direct debit date?

No, unfortunately this is not currently possible. The platform works with fixed dates in order to guarantee payment on time for the sharing organisers, who in turn have to pay these subscriptions to the suppliers.

My card has been lost, stolen or is in the process of being renewed

If you don't have your card in time, we suggest that you use another one, or ask someone you know to register theirs on your account, so that you don't lose your subscription. Otherwise, this will disrupt the operation of the groups and may be inconvenient on certain subscriptions where changing groups is limited (Spotify, Deezer, etc.). You can then add your new card and delete the one that was temporarily added.

The most common payment errors

An expired payment card: please provide another card
A payment limit reached or a lack of funds. You can usually increase your payment limit on your banking application.
A request from the bank to re-authenticate your card in 3DSecure: in this case, you will have received another email with a link to follow to validate it.

A payment of €1 was requested when adding a new card

Adding a new card will result in a test payment of €1, which will not actually be debited. The payment will be automatically cancelled and refunded after 72 hours.
