My subscription ends but my payments continue

I was charged on the 9th and I stopped my subscription on the 4th. Why was I charged on the 9th? Can I get a refund?



In this situation, there are two scenarios: the subscription is functional or not.

If the subscription is functional then you will not be refunded because each month started is due in full. You have until the last day of each month to cancel the next month's subscription.
On the other hand, if the subscription is not functional then the refund will be triggered by notifying the Sharesub customer service by email at hello@sharesub.com. * If your subscription started less than a month ago you will be refunded in full, if it has been more than a month then you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
