I've been contacted outside the platform, what should I do?

Please be aware that this is against our Terms of Service and that any information communicated outside of the platform may expose you to other problems such as hacking or other security information. Please inform customer service directly by chat or by email at so that our teams can explain to you what to do depending on the situation. Penalties may vary.

As a reminder, once you have notified us of this incident and it has been confirmed, we will cancel your subscription and refund the current month. Please contact for any other questions
