In which cases can I claim a refund?

To be eligible for a refund you must have exchanged with the owner of the subscription in the dedicated chat. If you haven't heard back within 24 hours, you can start the claims process to get your money back - just remember to fill in your personal details in your Sharesub account.

When you sign up for a subscription on Sharesub, you are covered by the [buyer protection program] (https://help.sharesub.com/fr/article/programme-protection-des-acheteurs-1mphpmp/). Eligible refunds are as follows:

- the subscription does not work,
- the subscription is no longer working and you have no response from the owner,
- the subscription is not as described,
