I have not received my transfer

You have collected funds from your co-subscribers: things are going well!

But now you have accumulated a small amount of money, and you would like to receive it in your bank account. Here are the necessary elements:

You must have verified your identity ([see this article])(https://sharesub.crisp.help/fr/article/verifier-mon-identite-zelni3/) by filling in your identity and providing proof of identity. Bank regulations require this.
You must have added your bank details
Finally, you must have accumulated the sum of 10€ to trigger the transfer. This is necessary to continue to offer you these transfers without any withdrawal fees.

Transfers are triggered automatically on the 8th of the month. They usually arrive on your account within 24 or 48 hours.

If you have fulfilled these requirements but do not see the transfer in your wallet history, please contact us on the chat or on hello@sharesub.com.
