I don't see my refund in my bank account
When Sharesub issues a refund for one of your subscriptions, that refund can take two different forms:
You will see a new transaction, which is a refund/credit to your bank account,
You may not see a refund on your account. This means that the first debit transaction of the subscription has been cancelled. In this case, you will no longer see the amount of the debited subscription. The refund was not a new credit but only a cancellation of the debit.
The case will depend on your bank. For the second case, most banks make the first debit "disappear" or display it as crossed out on your banking application or on your account statements.
